TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HONESTUM TOURS MADURAI
By booking any tour or service with Honestum Tours Madurai, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all tour packages, cab services, hotel bookings, and related travel arrangements provided by us.

1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. Advance payment percentage may vary depending on the tour type, season, and destination. The balance amount must be paid before or at the start of the tour, as communicated at the time of booking. Payments are accepted via UPI, Net Banking, or other approved digital modes only.

2. PRICING & PACKAGE VALIDITY
All package prices displayed on the website or shared via WhatsApp/email are indicative and subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices may vary due to hotel availability, seasonal demand, fuel price changes, or government taxes and entry fees. Honestum Tours reserves the right to revise prices before booking confirmation.

3. ACCOMMODATION POLICY
Honestum Tours does not own or operate any hotels or properties. Accommodation is arranged based on customer preference, category selection, reviews, and availability. Room allocation, amenities, cleanliness, and service quality are the responsibility of the hotel/property. Any accommodation-related issues should be addressed directly with the hotel management. No refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction related to hotel services.

4. TRANSPORTATION POLICY
Vehicles are provided by independent transport operators. While we ensure experienced drivers and well-maintained vehicles, Honestum Tours is not responsible for traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, accidents, road conditions, or diversions. Air-conditioning may be switched off during hill drives or steep routes for vehicle safety.

5. SIGHTSEEING & ITINERARY
All sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary will be covered as per time availability. Some places may be skipped or rearranged due to traffic congestion, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, temple crowd control, or mechanical issues. No refund will be provided for missed sightseeing due to such unavoidable circumstances.

6. GUIDE POLICY
Unless specifically mentioned, no separate tour guide is included. The driver may act as a basic guide and provide general information about places. Professional guides can be arranged on request at an additional cost. VIP packages, if offered, are available only through direct enquiry and subject to availability.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Guests are requested to follow the itinerary schedule, cooperate with the driver for time management, and carry valid government-issued ID proof. Any damage caused to vehicles or hotel property by guests will be charged directly to the customer.

8. UNUSED SERVICES
No refund will be provided for unused hotel nights, missed meals, skipped sightseeing, early check-out, or late arrival. Package cost is based on the complete itinerary and not on individual services used.

9. CANCELLATION & REFUND
Cancellation and refund policies are mentioned separately on the Cancellation & Refund Policy page. Customers are advised to review the cancellation policy carefully before booking.

10. FORCE MAJEURE
Honestum Tours shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or government regulations.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Honestum Tours acts only as a facilitator between customers and third-party service providers. We shall not be liable for injury, loss, theft, illness, death, or delays caused by third parties. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the tour.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By proceeding with the booking, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
