CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
HONESTUM TOURS MADURAI

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all tour packages, cab bookings, and travel services booked with Honestum Tours Madurai.

1. CUSTOMER-INITIATED CANCELLATION
If a customer cancels a confirmed booking, the refund (if applicable) will be processed as per the timeline below:

- More than 15 days before travel date: 90% refund (10% service & processing charges)
- 7 to 14 days before travel date: 50% refund
- 3 to 6 days before travel date: 25% refund
- Less than 48 hours / Same-day cancellation / No-show: No refund

Refund percentage is calculated on the total amount paid.

2. HOTEL & THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIER POLICY
Refunds are subject to hotel, transport, and third-party supplier cancellation policies. During peak seasons, weekends, festivals, or special events, hotels may follow non-refundable policies. Any non-recoverable amount charged by suppliers will be deducted from the refund.

3. NO-SHOW & EARLY TERMINATION
No refund will be provided for:
- No-show at pickup point
- Early checkout from hotel
- Unused hotel nights
- Skipped sightseeing
- Leaving the tour midway

4. OPERATOR-INITIATED CANCELLATION
In rare cases where Honestum Tours cancels the tour due to operational reasons:
- Customer will receive 100% refund, OR
- Option to reschedule the tour to a later date (subject to availability)

5. FORCE MAJEURE / UNCONTROLLABLE EVENTS
No refund will be guaranteed in case of events beyond our control, including natural disasters, heavy rains, floods, landslides, political unrest, strikes, lockdowns, pandemics, government restrictions, road closures, or temple shutdowns.
In such cases, we will try our best to reschedule the tour. Refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting non-recoverable supplier charges.

6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days via the original payment method. Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control.

7. IMPORTANT NOTES
- Cancellation requests must be informed in writing (WhatsApp or Email).
- Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
- Partial cancellations may result in revised package pricing.
- Honestum Tours reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice.
